Litter Boss holds accreditation under ISO 9001:2008.

Litter Boss sees ISO 9001:2008 as a useful management tool allowing the company to provide the high standards of service required by our clients.

We also recognise the importance of utilising the standard to support our continuous improvement cycle in order to ensure client satisfaction.

We are pleased to announce to all of our clients that we have now acheived ISO 14001 accreditation.

Litter Boss is a National Exterior Cleaning and Estates Maintenance company operating Nationwide.

Objective
Litter Boss aim to ensure our commitment to the environment by continually striving for higher standards, so that all customers, employees and regulators have total confidence in our operational practices.

Policy

The Environmental objectives will be achieved by our commitment to:

1. Operate at all times in accordance with all relevant legislation approved Codes of Practice and Guidelines.
2. Encourage both customers and regulators to carry out environmental audits on our operations.
3. Work with customers to reduce any environmental impact of their operations.
4. Continually assess the environmental impacts of existing and new operations and services to achieve the highest standards.
5. Implement and monitor programmes to ensure that the operations have minimal environmental impact on the amenities in the locality.
6. The restoration of sites to both high standards and beneficial use.
7. Work with key suppliers to take full account of the environmental impact of the supply chain.
8. Educate the workforce to ensure continuing awareness and sensitivity to environmental issues.
9. Review this policy at least annually.
