All work carried out it strictly governed by The Health & Safety at Work Act 1974, the Control of Substances Hazardous to Health Regulations 1988 and the Management of Health & Safety at Work Regulations 1992.

Litter Boss is registered for the controlled removal of waste from sites and it's appropriate disposal ensuring full compliance with the conditions of the 'duty of care' laid down in the relevant Code of Practice.

Litter Boss is accepted by National Britannia's Supply Line.

A full copy of our Health & Safety Policy and Code of Working Practices is issued to all staff and is available upon request.
